Specialist, Aidr (remote)

CrowdStrike CrowdStrike · Enterprise · United States · Remote

This role is focused on driving CrowdStrike's AI Detection and Response (AIDR) solution, which secures GenAI and agentic applications. The Specialist will work with sales, sales engineering, marketing, and product development teams to execute sales playbooks, engage customers, and help them operationalize AIDR products. The role involves collaborating with customers on incorporating AIDR security into their workflows, developing sales pipeline, training internal teams, and providing customer feedback to product management. It requires experience in technology sales with a focus on AI security, devsecops, cloud security, or application security, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive CrowdStrike’s strategic initiative to secure today’s agent and GenAI rollouts across all use cases (enterprise workforce usage of GenAI tools, homegrown development of GenAI apps and agents, and agentic frameworks and studios and their usage). GenAI is pervasive and our AIDR specialist team will need to be comfortable talking about GenAI across all transit points: in the network, in applications, on end user endpoints, in the cloud, and more.
  2. Establish partnerships with core sellers and position CrowdStrike’s AIDR security offerings to key personas: security, dev teams, and AI architecture / working groups.
  3. Collaborate with customers on incorporating CrowdStrike AIDR security within their operational workflows during technical evaluations and post-sales.
  4. Work with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that develop AIDR product sales pipeline and customer awareness.
  5. Train internal teams to better position our AIDR product and capabilities.
