Specialist Client Technical Administration

This role focuses on the day-to-day operations, implementation, configuration, incident management, and technical support of technology systems across various environments within AT&T, including retail stores, executives, and mobile workforces. It involves providing tier 2 and tier 3 support, acting as a liaison for clients and vendors, and ensuring seamless client technology operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the daily functioning and performance of technology systems across a geographically dispersed environment, including Retail Stores, Executives, and Mobile/Handheld work environments.
  2. Manage the setup, configuration, and deployment of new technology solutions, designing, configuring, and testing updates and modifications to desktop, network, telephony, voice, video, applications, and operating systems.
  3. Rapidly respond to and resolve technical problems, providing tier 2 and tier 3 support.
  4. Provide 24x7 direct technical support for all technology and infrastructure, consulting with clients and support groups.
  5. Act as a single point of contact for clients to understand their technology needs, support AT&T sponsored events, and collaborate with third-party vendors for comprehensive support and solutions.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years’ related experience
  • Certification is required in some areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Computer Science preferred
