This role supports the sales organization by managing operational aspects of digital surgery offerings, specifically VELYS Trauma products. Responsibilities include monitoring expirations, ensuring compliance with contracting and billing, maintaining master contract and billing files, detecting discrepancies, and providing insights to support business decisions. The role also involves collaboration with various internal teams and external customers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supports sales team by monitoring contact expirations & PO’s expirations
  2. Partner with sales managers, service & repair, contract management, VHN product support team, HCC/legal and Customer Service to ensure compliance with contracting and billing of capital equipment.
  3. Maintain master contract and billing files for all VELYS Trauma products in the field, information is then shared with stakeholders via PowerBI for up-to-date information and reporting.
  4. Detects and researches discrepancies to provide insights to support business decisions and sales operation needs.
  5. Works in partnership with Field Sales Management to solicit needs and align priorities.

Skills

Required

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in interacting across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various levels of management and external customers

Nice to have

  • SAP experience
  • PowerBI experience
  • Working knowledge of the medical device business model
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams (e.g., contracting, business analytics, sales, marketing, supply chain, finance)
