This role is a Specialist, Experience for North America within Johnson & Johnson's Global Services procurement function. The primary focus is on managing the user experience for procurement inquiries routed through AskGS, acting as a single point of contact, ensuring timely resolution, clear communication, and accurate knowledge content. The role also involves identifying and supporting continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and compliance with standard processes. Responsibilities include user experience support, procurement process management, participation in global projects, and AskGS support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between AskGS, GS teams, and requestors/business partners.
  2. Drive user satisfaction by communicating process changes, coordinating knowledge content updates, and ensuring required documentation and materials are available.
  3. Ensure a seamless requestor experience by coordinating with Procurement associates to resolve inquiries routed through AskGS.
  4. Support the transition of new activities to AskGS by documenting requirements, coordinating knowledge transfer, and monitoring early performance.
  5. Ensure compliance with defined processes when engaging with end users, suppliers, and GS associates.
