This role supports the management and tracking of physical creative assets throughout their production lifecycle for Netflix productions in the UCAN region. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and internal teams, onboarding crew to asset tracking software, auditing data for integrity, facilitating asset loans, and organizing assets from archives and storage. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data management tools and Google Suite.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support Netflix productions and Internal Partners cross all phases - prep, production, wrap, post, launch, and final strike
  2. Coordinate with vendors, crew, and logistics teams for the reuse, liquidation, disposal, and shipment of Physical Assets
  3. Onboard crew to Asset and Continuity Tracking documents and software; schedule meetings and trainings and provide day-to-day support
  4. Audit Asset and Continuity Tracking documents and software to ensure data integrity and receipt of deliverables for ingestion into the global asset database
  5. Facilitate the loan of Physical Assets for promotional use

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years previous studio experience or hands-on office or set experience in feature film or television production
  • Proficiency with data management tools
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar and Mail)
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies
  • Effective communication skills
  • Adaptable and curious
  • Ability to work in warehouse environments
  • Ability and willingness to lift ~30 lbs
