Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Specialist in QA Pharma Complaints in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. This role involves leading product quality investigations based on patient and customer feedback, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting quality activities for pharmaceutical products. The position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in science/engineering and strong analytical and decision-making skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Investigate product quality concerns based on customer complaints.
  2. Assessment, coordination and/or investigate assigned customer complaints
  3. Inspect returned products, investigation of technical details, and root cause analysis, risk assessment, and assist/lead associated CAPA investigations
  4. Ensure accurate documentation and closure of each complaint in order to make and document sound regulatory reporting decisions.
  5. Develop a detailed understanding of the products and previously investigated complaints.

Skills

Required

  • Masters’s Degree, PhD or equivalent experience in engineering, physical, biological, natural sciences
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Investigative & analytical critical thinking skills
  • Strong decision-making skills

Nice to have

  • 1 year of experience in quality in a pharma/medical device or other regulated industry
  • Knowledge of statistical applications
