This is a sales role focused on acquiring new business and managing client relationships for AT&T's products and services, including cybersecurity, fiber, wireless, cloud, and IoT. The role involves developing sales strategies, identifying customer needs, closing sales, and potentially responding to RFPs. It is not directly involved in building or researching AI/ML models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships. Understand their needs, utilize consultative skills to close sales, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty and may deliver tailored presentations.
  2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts, meeting, or exceeding revenue targets.
  3. Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  4. May develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.
  5. May support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies, providing effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of related sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
