Role Overview:
The SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Consultant is responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions to enhance supply chain processes and foster collaboration between SCM teams and external suppliers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to drive efficiency and innovation within the supply chain.
As an SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing SAP Ariba solutions to enhance our supply chain operations. You will contribute to projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our supply chain processes.
What will you do in this role:
- Support the deployment of SAP Ariba solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and industry’s best practices.
- Configure and customize Ariba modules to meet specific organizational needs.
- Onboarding B2B vendors into Ariba and conducting workshops.
- Evaluate existing supply chain workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with supply chain policies and regulations while managing risks effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
What Should you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) implementation with Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
- Experience in SAP Materials Management – Procure to Pay is necessary. Integration knowledge with other SAP modules like Planning and Quality Management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to configure and customize SAP Ariba solutions.
- Expert Ariba SCC consultant who has hands-on experience with all sub modules of SCC.
- Experience in supply chain collaboration solutions, PO collaboration, forecast collaboration, Subcontracting Collaboration, Supplier Managed Inventory.
- Experienced in configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with experience in Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Technical know-how of CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway)/ SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway for spend management and SAP Business Network and customs field mapping.
- Knowledge in order confirmation process and deviation workflow topics in Ariba SCC.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and basic project management skills, including preparation and participation in workshops. Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
