What you'll do...
This role supports Walmart’s Canada Network by providing exceptional bilingual (French and English) associate and business partner support through effective incident resolution, proactive troubleshooting, and strategic service improvements while aligning with Walmart’s values of integrity, innovation, and inclusivity. We are committed to supporting Walmart Stores, Sam’s Clubs, and Distribution Centers by providing comprehensive network troubleshooting and technical support to ensure seamless connectivity for their systems, applications, and services. What you'll do: Key responsibilities include resolving customer incidents and requests through various communication channels, troubleshooting complex technical issues using advanced tools and knowledge, supporting continuous improvement by analyzing trends in escalations, collaborating with teams to optimize solutions, and utilizing ServiceNow to manage and track requests effectively.
What you'll bring: Success in this role will require strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities, a customer-first mindset, and adaptability to embrace digital transformation. Proficiency in both spoken and written French is required to support French-speaking customers and business partners.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
