This role provides technical support for macOS and Windows computers, manages ticket queues, maintains internal IT resources, and ensures excellent customer service for internal employees. It involves troubleshooting, potentially automating tasks, and specializing in areas like network security, contributing to the smooth operation of the company's technology infrastructure.

What you'd actually do

  1. Offrir du soutien technique pour les ordinateurs macOS et Windows.

  3. Gérer votre propre file de tickets de soutien dans notre système de tickets.
  4. Maintenir et mettre à jour notre base de connaissances et nos ressources de TI internes.
  5. Assurer un excellent service à la clientèle auprès des employés à l’échelle mondiale.

  • Technical problem-solving skills
