  1. Contributes to team within Commercial for duration of Leadership Development Program.
  2. Develops understanding of the enterprise and competency of necessary skills within Commercial.
  3. Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from colleagues in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
  4. Develops and applies knowledge of a variety of Commercial processes and policies.
