What you'd actually do

  1. Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team member expectations to deliver on our GUEST service model culture.
  2. Plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader, and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including planning merchandising sets, make changes and updates to merchandise sets (planograms), sales plans, events and promotions.
  3. Lead and demonstrate a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development, coaching and team interactions.
  4. With direct leader guidance, develop, coach, and lead a team of consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate.
  5. Assign daily tasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader.
