  1. 基于中国糖尿病诊疗特点、指南更新、治疗路径、临床需求,内外部竞争环境,制定品牌定位与价值主张。
  2. 识别与竞争产品的差异化空间,主导年度品牌策略(Brand Plan),并制定落地计划。
  3. 主导核心品牌故事及关键信息
  4. 设计并打造高影响力项目平台,推动其在重点城市、重点科室及重点患者人群中的渗透率增长
  5. 深入理解不同层级医院及科室在糖尿病管理中的不同需求与痛点,将洞察转化为可执行策略。
