What you'd actually do

  1. Helps establish and implement cost-effective, results-based, and professionally-managed programs and innovative initiatives for the Accounting area, under general supervision.
  2. Supports projects, programs, and processes for the Accounting area.
  3. Identifies opportunities to integrate methods based on analyses of trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Accounting strategy.
  4. Implements accounting practices and documentation procedures in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and applicable governance policies.
  5. Conducts routine preparation of reports and data for internal and external audits, as well as ad hoc requests.
