Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Executive specializing in their Agentforce AI platform. The role involves driving revenue growth by selling the AI CRM to enterprise and commercial customers, conducting technical discovery, and demonstrating business outcomes. The AE will collaborate with the sales team, articulate the value of Agentforce and the broader Salesforce stack, and lead cross-functional coordination.

What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, qualify, and develop Agentforce opportunities across new and existing customers, conducting comprehensive technical discovery to map client business challenges to Agentforce capabilities
  2. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce sales team to drive Agentforce growth, crafting and presenting compelling Points of View (POVs) that articulate clear business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  3. Articulate how the full Salesforce product stack — including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and core clouds — delivers tailored, scalable solutions that fit within customers' existing architectures and long-term strategic objectives
  4. Lead cross-functional coordination across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the full sales cycle
