Sr. Account Executive - Bfsi

This is a Sr. Account Executive role focused on the BFSI sector in Seoul. The role involves managing major BFSI accounts, ensuring revenue goals are met, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business needs and providing solutions. It requires extensive sales experience, familiarity with the Korean banking sector, and proficiency in both Korean and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Applies extensive expertise and understanding of customer organization’s business needs to continue to provide solutions and provide use-cases of additional F5 solutions.
  2. Partners with inside sales, sales engineering, systems engineering, and sales management teams to coordinate account strategy and tactics for sales support team. Leverages cross-functional relationships and manages all facets of customer relationships and accounts that are of significant strategic importance to the organization while ensuring revenue goals are met.
  3. Exercises broader judgment in determining go-to-market strategies and goals for F5 solutions. Identifies the strategies, goals, and objectives of existing accounts and updates as needed.
  4. Credibility to influence senior levels within the account, preparing formal proposals and presentations for all levels of the organization including executives. Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making processes, overcomes obstacles to closure, and closes sales professionally and effectively.
  5. Collaborate with senior sales and operations staff to resolve account issues and remain current on financial status. Maintains and reviews detailed account plans for top accounts

Skills

Required

  • Over 8 years of high touch and direct Sales experience
  • familiar with major Banking Finance group in Korea
  • Sales experience with SaaS, subscription, cloud-based products and services to large enterprise customers
  • Excellent command of Korean
  • business level of English
