Sr Account Executive, Collaboration Product Sales

This role is a sales position focused on selling AI-powered Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The specialist will engage clients, develop new business, and expand existing accounts by positioning cloud-based collaboration and customer experience platforms. Responsibilities include consultative selling, pipeline management, and articulating the business value of AI-enabled features like conversational AI, virtual agents, and automation to stakeholders. The role requires expertise in cloud-native communication architectures and AI-enabled customer engagement solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert for UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-powered CX solutions with customers and sales teams.
  2. Drive revenue growth through consultative, outcome-based selling aligned to customer business objectives.
  3. Identify new logo and expansion opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  4. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM and automation tools to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  5. Lead solution positioning, contract negotiations, and subscription-based agreement structuring aligned to business goals.

  • Technical Sales Technologically proficient in identified/specialized products
  • Direct Sales Demonstrated success of meeting and exceeded sales targets and sales leadership.
