Sr. Account Executive, Collaboration Product Sales

This role is a sales specialist focused on selling cloud-based Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. The specialist engages clients and internal teams to drive sales growth by positioning AI-powered, secure, and scalable collaboration and customer experience (CX) platforms. The role involves understanding and articulating advanced AI capabilities like conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, sentiment analysis, and workflow automation to business stakeholders, focusing on measurable business outcomes and digital transformation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a subject matter expert for UCaaS, CCaaS, and AI-powered CX solutions with customers and sales teams.
  2. Drive revenue growth through consultative, outcome-based selling aligned to customer business objectives.
  3. Identify new logo and expansion opportunities across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  4. Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM and automation tools to ensure accuracy and visibility.
  5. Lead solution positioning, contract negotiations, and subscription-based agreement structuring aligned to business goals.

  • Business to Business (B2B) sales experience with high tech sales
