Sr Account Executive - Energy & Utilities

This is a strategic sales position for F5's Energy & Utilities customers in KSA. The role requires in-depth knowledge of the Energy and Utilities sector and the ability to demonstrate how technology enables business goals or overcomes business challenges. The position involves managing relationships with large key accounts, meeting revenue goals, developing opportunities across F5's solution portfolio, and partnering with Systems Integrators, Service Providers, and VARs. It is an individual contributor, quota-carrying role focused on enterprise accounts.

What you'd actually do

  1. The role will be focused on Enterprise accounts in KSA, namely Energy and Utilities.
  2. You will act as an expert within our KSA Enterprise sales team.
  3. You will be primary point-of-contact for these major accounts.
  4. Maintaining contact with account at a high, executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
  5. Sells the organization’s products or services to and maintains relationships with existing accounts. Responsible for expanding and retaining named accounts while ensuring ongoing customer service.

Skills

Required

  • Significant direct work experience in a relevant customer set
  • Good understanding of Enterprise tender processes
  • Requires specialized knowledge in networking products, preferably those of F5
  • Experience with Internet related software or systems
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent solution selling and presentation abilities
  • Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to provide and work from a home office located within the territory

Nice to have

  • Experience with team leadership, mentoring and coaching others preferred
  • Bachelors degree preferred
