Sr. Account Executive - Finland

Sales role focused on selling Salesforce's AI CRM platform and AI agents to enterprise clients.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
  2. Build and execute account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Specialist Cloud sales and Solution Engineering resources
  3. Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio
  4. Perform structured account planning to align internal Salesforce resources with customer needs and change agendas

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, including managing complex deal structures and commercial proposals for large enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to build and lead internal stakeholder teams in a client-facing environment
  • Fluent in English and Finnish, with the right to work in Finland
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 3 days per week in the office

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into large, complex enterprises (1,500+ employees) with multiple decision-makers across the C-suite
  • Experience working with Services Industry customers
  • Familiarity with CRM, AI, or platform-based sales motions
