What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships across an assigned portfolio of enterprise accounts in Sweden, driving customer satisfaction and long-term growth
  2. Build and execute long-term account strategies aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating with Specialist Cloud sales and Solution Engineering resources
  3. Identify and develop new opportunities across existing accounts and whitespace prospects, using the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce portfolio
  4. Perform structured account planning to align internal Salesforce resources with customer needs and drive expansion
