This role is for a Sr. Account Executive at Microsoft, focusing on the Manufacturing & Conglomerates business segment. The primary responsibility is to partner with customers to achieve strategic goals, drive revenue growth, and maximize customer spend by selling Microsoft solutions, including those related to Digital & Artificial Intelligence transformation. The role involves analyzing sales strategies, building customer relationships, leading virtual teams, and understanding industry and market expertise to identify new opportunities. It also includes people management responsibilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes are met.
  2. The ability to drive strategic partnerships with our customers across all Microsoft clouds, focusing on building long-term relationships that deliver joint value while establishing credibility as a trusted advisor.
  3. Influences and works across segments, partners, and teams to drive growth and transformation, ensure alignment on short- and long-term account plans, define sale execution, and holds the team accountable for results beyond fiscal year boundaries.
  4. Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
  5. Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
