This role is a Sr. Account Executive for AWS in New Zealand, focusing on strategic ISV accounts. The primary responsibility is to drive the adoption of AWS services, including Generative AI and agentic AI capabilities, to accelerate customer software innovation and business growth. The role involves engaging with C-level executives, product teams, and business stakeholders to promote AWS services and help customers modernize applications and scale SaaS offerings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand software industry trends and apply these to develop comprehensive account plans for the strategic ISV customers in your territory
  2. Own the execution of the plan
  3. Own key customer relationships (C-Suite, Product Leadership, and Technology) and orchestrate a wider team to deliver outcomes for your ISV customers
  4. Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services to help software companies transform their businesses and accelerate innovation
  5. Manage complex customer engagements, set a compelling vision, and lead multiple partners to deliver outcomes
