Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • At least 5 years of online advertising experience
  • 3+ years of client-facing experience
  • Proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence decision-makers
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Nice to have

  • Hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, DMP, MMP, Martech, etc.)
  • Experience in brand/performance marketing in an agency or DTC company
