Netflix is seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage enterprise and agency accounts, focusing on pre-to-post sale campaign execution, media planning, and client service to grow advertising revenue. The role involves strategic partnership with clients and sales teams, overseeing campaign delivery, providing data-driven insights, and acting as a subject-matter expert for ad products and offerings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a consultative partner to our top and strategic accounts in partnership with the sales team to understand their needs and present Netflix solutions
  2. Provide clients with excellent customer service by making it seamless for them to activate campaigns on Netflix.
  3. Lead strategic media planning for key accounts and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
  4. Host weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Client Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance
  5. Host campaign kick-off meetings and partner with client on gathering campaign launch assets

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Sales Planning functions in the digital media industry
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills
  • Operational excellence through process rigor, proactive problem-solving, and strong cross-functional coordination
  • Audience-driven & solutions-based media planning experience
  • Experience in managing deals across multiple deal types including DIO, Programmatic Guaranteed, PMP and Live
  • Data fluency and the ability to translate insights into data-driven storytelling
  • Proven project management skills
  • Familiarity with Advertising Research and Verification vendors like Nielsen, iSpot, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, Kantar, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
