This role is for a Senior Account Manager focused on GenAI startups in India. The primary responsibility is to drive cloud adoption and revenue growth among these startups by understanding their needs, building strategic relationships, and ensuring they select AWS as their primary cloud provider. The role involves extensive collaboration with internal AWS teams and external contacts to execute go-to-market strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure customer success with early, mid and late-stage startups
  2. Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory or industry vertical
  3. Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful GTM Strategy
  4. Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and goal targets.
  5. Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan.

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
  • 7+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience
  • 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
