Sr. Account Solution Engineer

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Account Solution Engineer to support the proposal of their AI CRM cloud solutions from both business and technical perspectives. The role involves collaborating with Account Executives to identify customer business challenges, design solution architectures, and create/deliver compelling demonstrations. The candidate will also develop industry-specific solutions and assets for Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives, and support marketing activities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Formulate solutions for customer business needs and assist in planning future-proof system roadmaps.
  2. Create and deliver customized demonstrations to provide a concrete vision for solving key challenges.
  3. Develop comprehensive proposals focusing on solution design and implementation plans.
  4. Leverage expertise to create industry-specific solutions, proposal templates, and assets for advancing Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives.
  5. Support marketing activities by speaking at seminars/events and conducting high-impact demonstrations.

Skills

Required

  • Presales experience for solutions such as CRM, ERP, SCM, BI, or BPM
  • System Integration (SI) sales, Project Management, or Consulting experience
  • Delivering presentations and demonstrations at seminars, events, or executive meetings

Nice to have

  • Proposing CRM-centered enterprise solutions
  • Demo development and environment customization
  • Project Management (PM) experience in large-scale SI projects
  • High understanding and application of AI and automated technologies
