This role is for a Sr. Account Solution Engineer focused on Salesforce's Digital portfolio (Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud). The primary responsibility is to act as a pre-sales expert, bridging business vision and technical reality for customers. This involves formulating digital solutions, creating customized demonstrations, and developing technical proposals. A key aspect is leveraging expertise to create assets for Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives, and supporting marketing/event activities as a thought leader. While the role involves understanding and leveraging AI concepts, it is not a hands-on AI/ML development role but rather a sales-focused position that utilizes AI as a tool within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Formulate digital solutions tailored to customer business needs and assist in planning future-proof roadmaps that integrate marketing and commerce.
  2. Create and deliver high-impact, customized demonstrations to provide a concrete vision for solving complex digital challenges.
  3. Develop comprehensive technical proposals focusing on solution architecture, data flow, and implementation strategies.
  4. Leverage expertise to create industry-specific solution templates and assets for advancing Agentforce and Generative AI initiatives within the digital stack.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert at seminars, webinars, and major industry events.

Skills

Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in Presales (CRM, ERP, MarTech, or E-commerce) or equivalent experience in System Integration (SI), Project Management, or Consulting.
  • Proven track record of delivering compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to executive-level audiences (C-suite).
  • Familiarity with the Taiwan market landscape, specifically within Semiconductor/High-Tech, FSI, or Retail sectors.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Commerce Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Skills in demo development, environment customization, and API integrations.
  • PM experience in large-scale SI projects or enterprise-level digital transformations.
  • A deep understanding of AI, automation, and Big Data (Data Cloud) applications in a business context.
