What you'd actually do

  1. Extensive calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external collaborators to coordinate a variety of complex meetings.
  2. Arrange and coordinate domestic and international business travel, adapting to changes in plans and requirements.
  3. Review and coordinate requests for internal and external engagements, adapting priorities as demands shift.
  4. Plan, coordinate, and complete meetings, offsites, team-building activities, and all-staff events.
  5. Attend staff meetings, capture key outcomes and actions, and compose correspondence and reports as needed.
