Seeking a Senior/Advanced Technical Product Owner for large-scale operational software platforms used in physical environments like buildings and facilities. The role requires a strong understanding of building and operational systems or related domains, and the ability to work hands-on with engineering teams on complex, distributed software products. The focus is on translating real-world operational needs into scalable product requirements, owning platform-level capabilities, and ensuring solutions are reliable, safe, and support human-in-the-loop operation. Experience with operational, real-time systems and system-level topics is essential. Exposure to analytics or AI-enabled features is desirable.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own product outcomes for operational systems used in live environments.
  2. Translate real-world operational needs into clear, scalable product requirements.
  3. Own epics, features, and backlogs for platform-level capabilities.
  4. Work as a credible technical peer with engineering teams during discovery, design, and delivery.
  5. Contribute to products built on complex, distributed systems, potentially spanning on-premise, edge, and cloud environments.
