Senior UX Designer responsible for enhancing digital customer experience by developing reusable design components, leading UX delivery for customer-facing applications including eCommerce and GenAI, and ensuring accessibility compliance. Focuses on building a Digital Customer Experience Library and driving standardization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain a Digital Customer Experience Library with GDM-approved reusable components and front-end code to streamline development across businesses.
  2. Lead project discovery and alignment with product owners, defining UX scope, success metrics, and translating business needs into UX deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
  3. Drive adoption of the Digital Customer Experience Library by identifying reuse opportunities and collaborating on fit-gap decisions.
  4. Partner closely with developers during implementation to provide guidance, answer questions, and review UX/UI for quality assurance.
  5. Provide UX-focused guidance to development teams ensuring thoughtful end-to-end customer journeys and inclusion of UI in UAT with defined acceptance criteria.
