This role is for a Sr. Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow, focusing on supporting sales for Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX solutions. The consultant will lead solution design, build proof-of-concept environments, and position ServiceNow's AI-enhanced platform, including capabilities like App Engine, Build Agent, AI Control Tower, and Now Assist, to high-tech, media, and GCC accounts. The role requires strong AI/ML literacy, understanding of enterprise SaaS, cloud-native concepts, and product engineering operations, with an emphasis on AI platform governance and responsible AI deployment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead solution design and demonstrations for high-tech, media, and GCC accounts — spanning autonomous IT operations, developer productivity, AI governance, and employee experience
  2. Build proof-of-concept environments that resonate with technically demanding engineering audiences while also landing a credible business case
  3. Create and iterate on demo flows for App Engine, Build Agent, AI Control Tower, and Now Assist — the capabilities TMT buyers care most about
  4. Own platform adoption momentum through the pre-sales cycle — you are not only winning the technical decision, you are laying the foundation that Customer Success, partners, and delivery teams build on after the signature.
  5. Stay sharp — the platform evolves every quarter, enterprise AI moves faster than that, and our customers expect us to be ahead of both. Certifications, release enablement, and peer learning are part of the job, not optional extras
