This role is for a Sr. Advisory Solution Consultant at Moveworks (acquired by ServiceNow), focusing on their Agentic AI Assistant platform. The role involves supporting sales cycles by acting as a technical and domain expert, leading discovery workshops, demonstrating the product, and providing feedback to product management. The ideal candidate has experience integrating AI into work processes and strong pre-sales solution consulting experience, preferably with the ServiceNow platform.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team that pursues customers and prospects across multiple industry markets
  2. Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
  3. Develop client partner relationships
  4. Guide strategic programs in top accounts such as customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement
  5. Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
