What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
- Aid in the development of AI/LLM and data-driven digital products through rapid prototyping and MVP-first approaches to validate concepts and accelerate time-to-value.
- Define and communicate a clear AI/LLM product vision and strategy that prioritizes speed, experimentation, and learning through iterative delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, and business stakeholders—to quickly test hypotheses and refine product direction based on user feedback and data.
- Establish and manage a lean product roadmap focused on delivering high-impact features with minimal viable scope, while maintaining flexibility to pivot based on insights.
- Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning with a focus on short cycles, fast feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, encouraging A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Ensure MVPs are scalable and extensible, laying the groundwork for future enhancements while meeting immediate business needs.
- Oversee the creation of user stories, prototypes, and wireframes that reflect user-centric design principles and solve real-world problems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes of MVP launches.
- Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity, adapts quickly to change, and thrives on delivering tangible results in compressed timeframes.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience including product or program management, and preferably exposure to rapid prototyping, MVP development, or agile delivery.
- Demonstrated success in contributing to MVP launches and improving products through iterative feedback cycles.
- Strong understanding of lean product development, agile frameworks, and user‑centered design.
- Experience working in fast‑paced environments where adaptability and rapid execution are essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform product direction.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills to align teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to support cross‑functional teams and navigate ambiguity while driving progress.
**Bonus Points If You Have **(Preferred Requirements)
Master’s degree (MBA or related field) with a focus on innovation, strategy, or technology.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related methodologies.
Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), as well as analytics and experimentation platforms.
Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries with familiarity in managing compliance constraints during MVP development.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams or global stakeholders.
Prior experience in management consulting is a strong plus.
Experience with “Vibe Coding” AI capabilities to mock up quick solutions
