Klaviyo is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate how our Global Services organization leverages AI to operate smarter and deliver more impact.
This role sits at the intersection of applied AI, solutions architecture, and internal enablement. We're looking for a strong technical problem solver who can quickly turn business challenges into practical AI solutions while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
You'll build AI-powered solutions that solve both creative and operational challenges. Your work will span accelerating content creation, enabling smarter learning experiences, connecting internal data sources, and automating workflows that improve efficiency and decision-making.
You'll also help teams use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Glean more effectively by building skills, prompts, and AI workflows that are reliable, reusable, and aligned to real business needs. As solutions grow in complexity, you'll help facilitate the evolution of workflows and prototypes into production-grade systems, working closely with Klaviyo's centralized AI engineering team and leveraging their support to scale larger, cross-functional initiatives.
This role sits within the Strategy & Operations team and serves as connective tissue across the broader Services organization, helping identify high-impact opportunities, accelerate experimentation, and scale successful AI solutions across the business.
How You’ll Make a Difference:
Program Strategy & Discovery
- Partner with Services leaders to identify high impact areas that could benefit from AI or automation
- Prioritize opportunities based on efficiency gains and impact
- Translate ambiguous ideas into clear program roadmaps with defined outcomes and milestones
Technical Prototyping & Productization
- Build AI-powered prototypes and workflows using Claude, LLMs, and modern AI development platforms to rapidly validate business solutions.
- Design and connect AI systems using APIs, MCPs, automation platforms, and internal data sources to create intelligent, end-to-end workflows.
- Understand how to integrate AI solutions with existing systems, collaborating with engineering teams when production-grade implementations are needed.
- Develop effective prompts, skills, agents, and retrieval workflows that improve the quality, reliability, and usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
- Evaluate and iterate on AI solutions using user feedback, business outcomes, and emerging best practices to drive adoption and impact.
Enablement & AI Literacy
- Create clear documentation, implementation guides, and best practices that enable teams to effectively build and adopt AI solutions.
- Lead enablement sessions, workshops, and office hours to grow AI fluency and help teams build effective prompts, skills, agents, and workflows.
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities, tools, and best practices
Who You Are
- A systems thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for solving business problems with AI.
- Experienced building AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and modern AI tools, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- A strong communicator who can translate technical concepts, create clear documentation, and enable others to adopt AI effectively.
- Comfortable partnering with engineering teams to scale successful solutions into production when needed.
Preferred skills:
- 4+ years of experience in AI solutions, solutions architecture, internal tooling, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Hands-on experience building solutions with Claude or other leading LLM platforms, including prompt engineering, skills, agents, and AI workflows.
- Experience integrating AI with APIs, internal systems, or data sources to solve business problems and improve team workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on AI-powered solutions based on user feedback and business needs.
- Familiarity with Global Services functions, such as onboarding, education, consulting, or customer success is a plus.

Our salary range reflects the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

Base Pay Range For US Locations:
$112,000—$168,000 USD
This role may require up to 10% travel for purposes such as new hire onboarding, client or partner work if applicable, team meetings, and industry events. Travel is coordinated in advance.
