This role is for a Sr. Analyst Business Systems at Verkada, a company that provides an AI-powered physical security platform. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with leaders across a variety of functions — Sales, Marketing, Channel, and GTM Operations — to identify and address key business challenges, with a primary focus on GTM systems, data pipelines, and sales efficiency.
  2. Conduct usability studies with stakeholders e.g. Sales reps using Salesforce and identity key pain points and system solutions
  3. Help fine-tune the product roadmap for core GTM tools including Salesforce, other internal platforms, ensuring they scale with Verkada's rapid growth.
  4. Implement best-practice solutions — including process changes, system configurations, and custom enhancements — to drive sales velocity, pipeline visibility, and operational efficiency.
  5. Collaborate with GTM engineers and business stakeholders to design, build, and deliver engineering solutions aligned to GTM deliverables and OKRs.

Skills

Required

  • Salesforce (Sales Cloud required)
  • SQL
  • Python or JavaScript for lightweight scripting and integrations
