Sr. Analyst, Commissions

The Sr Analyst, Commissions is responsible for process improvement, project management, and providing subject matter expertise within Commission Operations. This role involves analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on procedural improvements to support commission payouts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and validating system data loads and payouts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and/or report out on a variety of reporting needs determined by Commissions Client Services.
  2. Conduct operational assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose and report on systematic solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution/completion.
  4. Provide subject matter expertise for commission’s related projects and initiatives.
  5. Participate in the development and testing of processes that impact commissions.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4-7 years Operations or Commissions experience
  • Demonstrated analytical experience
  • Change Management experience
  • Process Improvement experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to influence others
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing demands
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with all levels of employees and management
