This role is for a Sr. Analyst II, Finance Transformation at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide Project Management support for cross-functional initiatives and projects for the Finance and Accounting organization including system implementations, operational improvements, and international expansion
  2. Support Finance and Accounting budget reporting process and provide recurring status updates to track operational and initiative-based spend
  3. Identify, document, and communicate risks encountered by in-flight projects, including escalation to Finance Transformation Business Partner, Initiative Leads, and Process Owners, if needed
  4. Collect all required governance and/or project artifacts needed to document completion of standard project and SDLC milestones
  5. Deliver end user trainings regarding optimal use of finance project management tools and supporting technologies

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ total years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Solid understanding of standard project management practices, tools, methods, and key application development lifecycle deliverables
  • Experience leading successful reporting optimization projects and comfort driving deliverables through project life cycles
  • Strong understanding of standard Finance and Accounting processes
  • Proven track record of creating and maintaining meaningful relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement

Nice to have

  • Prior Enterprise Performance, Strategic, and/or Operations consulting experience
  • Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
  • Prior ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience (NetSuite, SalesForce, FinancialForce, Coupa, NAVAN, Blackline, etc.)
  • Experience working with shared services
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
