Sr. Analyst, Procurement - Night Shift

This role is for a Senior Analyst in Procurement responsible for managing the purchasing and sourcing process for production and development materials. Key responsibilities include RFQ management, supplier setup, price book management, cost variance analysis, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and supporting design activities. The role requires experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, and ERP systems, with a focus on achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Responsible for purchase and/or sourcing process RFQ and cost data for production and development Lavs within an agreed and defined strategy in support of cost, quality, and delivery targets.
  2. Responsible in suppliers set up including necessary approvals in compliance to company standards.
  3. Manage price books and cost variances.
  4. Support standard cost-roll activities.
  5. Analyze demand and pricing to set appropriate order quantities and batch size.

Skills

Required

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s / College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Purchasing.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to create consensus to ensure results from peers in cross-functional positions.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and life-long learning.
  • Excellent time management and active communication skills.
  • Ability to manage conflict across multiple roles and teams.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and philosophies, including MRP & Just in Time (JIT).
  • Understanding of financial reports and expense control.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and successfully develop and execute project plans.
  • Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations to both customers, public groups, and internal organizations (i.e., top management, boards of directors).
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with leadership (minimum – up to 2 levels up).
  • Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Should not have received any disciplinary action for one year.
  • Should not be under a Performance Improvement Plan.
  • With at least a year in his/her current position.
