This role is for a Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations at Samsara. The primary focus is on driving key operational projects and complex cross-functional workstreams within the enterprise sales organization. Responsibilities include owning project objectives, enforcing sales processes, implementing new solutions, understanding KPIs, and championing company culture. The role requires strong analytical and strategic skills, experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, and the ability to work independently. It is not an AI/ML-focused role.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own project objectives and milestones with minimal guidance, driving smaller-scope projects or complex cross-functional workstreams end-to-end.
  2. Own enforcement of sales processes and policies and proactively recommend ways to raise the standard for on-time, high-quality work across the team and function.
  3. Work within the Sales Operations team to devise and implement new solutions that solve complex project-level issues which may involve improvements and UAT for various tools used by the organization such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
  4. Understand how your workstreams and broader projects align with Samsara’s overall corporate goals. Proactively prioritize work across your own workstreams and coordinate efforts with other stakeholders.
  5. Understand core KPIs and recommend additional or adjustments to key performance indicators when appropriate, building on current feedback mechanisms.
