Sr. Associate, Business Development - Hotel Connectivity Account Manager

This role focuses on managing technical integrations and commercial strategies for hotel connectivity partners. Responsibilities include monitoring technical performance, troubleshooting integration issues, building dashboards, and defining product requirements based on partner feedback. It requires strong technical knowledge of APIs and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the end-to-end onboarding, certification, and rollout of new connectivity partners and features.
  2. Monitor supplier technical performance proactively, including availability, latency, uptime, and booking/cancellation success.
  3. Troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues, acting as the primary escalation point for partner integration issues.
  4. Build and maintain dashboards and alerts to detect issues early and reduce time to resolution.
  5. Own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as their primary point of contact for both technical health and commercial strategy.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 4 years of experience in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in the travel tech, Online Travel Agencies, or hospitality industry
  • At least 1 year of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or eCommerce within the hotel or travel industry
  • At least 1 year of experience with Synxis, Dhisco, DerbySoft, or Online Travel Agencies
  • SQL
  • visualization tools

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in the travel tech, Online Travel Agencies, or hospitality industry
  • 1+ year of experience supporting multi-property or portfolio environments
  • 1+ year of experience onboarding new hotel partners or managing connectivity integrations
