Sr. Associate, Business Development - Hotel Connectivity Account Manager

This role focuses on managing a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, ensuring their technical health and commercial strategy. Responsibilities include operational tasks like troubleshooting integration issues, monitoring performance metrics, and building dashboards, as well as strategic account management to improve content quality and define the feature roadmap based on partner feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the end-to-end onboarding, certification, and rollout of new connectivity partners and features.
  2. Monitor supplier technical performance proactively, including availability, latency, uptime, and booking/cancellation success.
  3. Troubleshoot, resolve, and report integration issues, acting as the primary escalation point for partner integration issues.
  4. Build and maintain dashboards and alerts to detect issues early and reduce time to resolution.
  5. Own a portfolio of hotel connectivity partners, serving as their primary point of contact for both technical health and commercial strategy.

  • 1 year of experience with Synxis, Dhisco, DerbySoft, or Online Travel Agencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, partner success, or sales engineering in the travel tech, Online Travel Agencies, or hospitality industry
  • 1+ year of experience supporting multi-property or portfolio environments
