This role is for a Sr. Associate, Field Marketing focused on Business Cards & Payments at Capital One. The primary responsibility is to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and creative campaigns to drive awareness and consideration of business card and payment products, supporting the field sales team. The role involves cross-functional collaboration, creative development, performance analysis, and understanding market trends and competitor strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop multi-channel, go-to-market strategies and creative campaigns for our field sales team that tell consistent and compelling stories about our broad suite of Capital One Business products
  2. Partner closely with the Field to deliver against a strategic roadmap aimed to grow our field marketing program to empower the sales teams to both drive new customer acquisition and current customer retention
  3. Lead end-to-end creative development with internal creative teams and external agencies to bring product marketing strategy to life
  4. Analyze creative performance results, marketplace trends, and customer insights to advance marketing strategies and optimize creatives
  5. Partner with the Insights team to deeply understand the target audience, validate product positioning and messaging, and act as the voice of both the customer and the sales team to the organization

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of marketing or marketing strategy experience

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • 3+ years of Marketing experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales environment building collateral and material in support of a large national sales team
  • 1+ years of experience with platforms such as Salesforce and Workfront
