What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a Mobile engineering team to design and deliver product features for our customers
  2. Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features and experiences grounded in our objectives and measured against our key outcomes and goals
  3. Build and maintain partnerships with leaders and stakeholders across the Bank
  4. Define, socialize and monitor key performance indicators to understand the impact and success of your features
  5. Apply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of product management experience

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of experience working in Product Management
  • Experience driving iterative testing, data-driven validation and focus on optimizing the end-to-end customer journey based on data
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process
  • Experience working in financial services
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences
