This role is for a Sr. Associate Talent Acquisition at Pfizer, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for entry to manager-level positions in Indonesia and other Southeast Asia markets. The role involves partnering with hiring managers and HR, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring process compliance, and utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency. It requires bilingual proficiency and experience in recruiting, with a focus on strategic sourcing and candidate experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles in alignment with global operating procedures and best‑practice principles, including sourcing, selection, and offer development.
  2. Ensure a positive client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  3. Provide first‑level feedback to internal and external candidates.
  4. Manage the offer process for external hires, including pre‑employment screening and offer preparation.
  5. Ensure all hiring activities align with business goals and workforce plans.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience for junior to mid‑level roles preferred.
  • Fully bilingual (regional language + English) required.
  • Solid understanding of strategic sourcing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state hiring laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in analytic tools
  • Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Workday or other ATS platforms
  • Strong experience in recruiting, including direct sourcing or recruitment agency background
  • Experience managing high‑volume hiring for complex, scientific roles

  • Preferred experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
