This role is for a Sr Brand Marketing Manager at The Trade Desk, a global technology company in digital advertising. The position focuses on translating regional commercial priorities into executable marketing programs across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and selected CEE markets. Responsibilities include integrated planning, leading program delivery, content creation and curation, sales alignment, strategy contribution, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of marketing experience, a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle and programmatic advertising, and fluent German and English.

What you'd actually do

  1. DACH marketing execution & integrated planning, translate EMEA marketing strategy into executable marketing plans in DACH across brand, campaigns, events, content and demand generation.
  2. Lead delivery of integrated programs with clear timelines, owners, and outcomes, ensuring consistency and quality across markets.
  3. Partner with regional marketing, PMM, Sales Marketing, Events, PR/Comms and Creative to ensure plans are joined up and realistic.
  4. Content creation & curation: Developing content playbooks for B2B events, thought leadership decks, case studies.
  5. Stakeholder partnership & communication, act as a reliable day-to-day marketing partner to DACH Commercial Leadership, ensuring priorities are understood and delivered against.

Skills

Required

  • 8- 10 years of marketing experience across brand, demand, events or integrated marketing.
  • Previous experience in sales enablement, marketing, or content strategy roles.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle, buyer personas, and content marketing
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver against shared goals.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic advertising and the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing ambiguity.
  • Fluent German and English.
