This role is for a Sr. Business Partner in Space & Presentation within Operations at Target. The primary focus is on partnering with buying leaders to drive the Adjacency and Map-It Process, coordinating strategy meetings, and developing business strategies related to merchandise presentation. The role involves maintaining display accuracy, communicating presentation guidelines, and creating adjacencies and planograms for new and remodel stores. It also supports the development of new processes, operational efficiencies, and training strategies for the Store Experience team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with buying leaders to drive the Adjacency and Map-It Process.
  2. Coordinate and execute Strategy and Transition meetings to establish business strategies and develop timing and actions.
  3. Recommend changes to improve and meet presentation guidelines.
  4. Maintain accurate display to store specific ties in the Merchandise Presentation Department host system.
  5. Leverage your communication skills to provide pertinent information dealing with presentation displays between stores and Merchandising as well as store grouping information to key partners.

Skills

Required

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-5 years of work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships across the enterprise
  • Ability to manage multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic, ambiguous environment

Nice to have

  • 1+ years of Merchandising Space experience
  • Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheet
