This role focuses on driving revenue growth for T-Mobile for Business by conducting complex analyses, developing business cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
  • Business, Management, Economics, Statistics, or related field
  • 7-10 years Management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or other related experience requiring quantitative analysis and executive presentation skills.
  • 4-7 years Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing complex problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations.
  • 4-7 years Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing complex data.
  • Strategy Proactive problem solver who can break ambiguous problems into pieces using a hypothesis-driven approach. Ability to frame problems, use strategic frameworks, develop strategies.
  • Business Acumen Business Model: Knowledge and understanding of business models, pricing strategies, channel management. Analytical and data-driven, comfortable triangulating data to estimate market sizes and build financial models.
  • Financial Analysis Ability to build financial models and develop qualitative analysis, perform sensitivity analysis. Comfortable reading and understanding implications of income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in B2B, Product Strategy, and/or Telecom.
  • Project management. Experience managing project independently, engaging and getting buy-in from stakeholders, creating roadmaps and project plans.
