Sr. Business Systems Analyst

This role is for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a focus on Oracle Finance (specifically Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion/RMCS) to support and optimize booking and invoicing processes. The analyst will act as a functional expert, translating business requirements into system solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, driving automation, and ensuring system performance, reliability, and security. The role involves system lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and implementing security best practices within a corporate finance environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution owners and solution architects, to configure and optimize platform settings to meet business needs. This includes configuring workflows, automation, and integrations with other systems.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust system architecture to improve services on an ongoing basis
  4. Support and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  5. Build and deploy technology solutions translated from user stories and requirements. Manage the system lifecycle from implementation to shut down and decommissioning.

Skills

Required

  • Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in a corporate finance environment.
  • Experience with configuration and implementation of Oracle EBS (Order Management and Receivables) and/or Oracle Cloud Financials (RMCS).
  • Strong functional understanding of core financial accounting principles and Order to Cash process.
  • Experience creating, updating and escalating Oracle Service Requests.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
