Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Professional Services (remote)

This role is for a Sr. Salesforce Business Systems Analyst at CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity company. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute [Salesforce.com](http://salesforce.com) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) / FinancialForce projects and enhancements
  2. Provide strong analytical, problem solving, technical, and project management skills to effectively collect requirements, evaluate options, and design and deliver quality solutions
  3. Own functional tasks and deliverables, including: SOX reporting, process definition, requirements gathering and backlog management, vendor selection, fit/gap analysis, functional design, testing, training, reporting, support, and continuous improvement of business applications
  4. Create and maintain project, application and architectural design, and process documents
  5. Work to drive adoption and alignment across the company’s business processes and systems

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company
  • at least 3 years of Salesforce and FinancialForce (or related) experience
  • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, eco-system and best-practices

  • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
  • Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator)
  • FinancialForce/Certinia certifications
  • Experience with PSA concepts including resource management, project billing, and revenue recognition
